Changing removing tabs from explore view

Hey guys, not sure if anyone has tried this, I have removed the album function everywhere on my build.

I am trying to remove the album tab and hide the users tab from the explore view until I get my user count up.

I see that the tab labels are currently stored in an array but can't find where that array is created / stored?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
