Can't upload new images

Hello,

I had chevereto 2.x installed and not used it for a while, decided to resurect the website and upgrade to latest 3.x version of chevereto while on it. Replaced the files, ran install, it said install successful. But now on every attempted upload I get:
SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'image_category_id' in 'field list'

Not sure where to go on from there, any ideas?
 
Run this query:

ALTER TABLE `chv_images` ADD `image_category_id` bigint(32) DEFAULT NULL;
