can't upload gifs and php version

Description of the issue
I paid for the tdm hosting because you reffered them and I maid it Https and everything but tdm said the script was not PHP 7 compatible and they downgraded it because the website crashed. Also I now can't upload any size of gifs always says the file size is to big?
 
The fact that TMDHosting offers sponsored hosting doesn't mean that the hosting will be configured by default to upload large gifs. As always, you need to tune the server on your own.

I logged in cpanel and I clicked some buttons and toggles and it now works. Here: https://www.gagism.com/image/Q6T5

I fixed this only because you use the sponsored hosting. Support doesn't include this kind of server configuration stuff, login to cpanel and check for my editing at php.ini
