Can't Upload an Image more than 1 MB

Hi @Rodolfo,

Although the settings allow images up to 20 MB I can't change my profile or cover photo. An error prompts saying the image can't be more than 1 MB. I don't understand, normal image uploading works perfectly only not profile images and cover photos.

I'm on the latest update channel though it wasn't working with previous neither.
 
User profile and background images are fixed to 1MB max.
