Can't upgrade to 4.2.1

1. go to dashboard
2. check upgrades
3. try to install 4.2.1

😢 Unexpected result

redirects to a page not found

This is all I get with /update. Still ends up with the 404 when returning to the dashboard and trying to upgrade. the other method with editing the php file worked
