Can't Save under /dashboard/settings/image-upload

Any one else having issues clicking the Save button under /dashboard/settings/image-upload ?
the rest of the settings pages work fine.
 
strange the page worked perfect, but i had to run the install once more, before the image-upload page could save. 🙂

I'm guessing you're with Arvixe? I had that problem too I believe they resolved it now for new signups others will have to re-run the install.
