I have the problem that I do not get the installer page displayed, I spent today the whole afternoon with the support of my hoster so we can solve the problem.

We have fulfilled all the requirements, but all the time we received only HTTP ERROR 500. And never the installation window. Then the host support somehow managed but then the installation could not create mysq database tables.

Now the general community is my last hope to still be able to use this gallery, (for which I paid by the way).

Please tell me what you need to help me and I will give you the information.

Thanks in advance.

The contents of the error suggest that there are issues on the installation query. Try installing again.
My host support says that they tried to install in several ways and they always got this error.

I can't install it myself because every time I go to the page it says HTTP ERROR 500, which means I have to call my host support again. And it can be that they say that they have already tried to install it through different ways.

Is there nothing else that could be the problem?

We publish our own infrastructure standard. It should work with any* compelling provider.

(*) There could be incompatibilities with some providers as they fit you a generic PHP-based server setup that sometimes doesn't meet our requirements. Unfortunately, to debug conflicting providers takes a lot of time and support for that isn't included in the package. It is the duty of your provider to meet our requirements as they are serving our software for you.

Try using our universal vps setup, you can also ask your host to donate a server to the project. That way I can freely test the system compatibility there without falling into extra support category.
