Can't install on debian 8, template file not found

Hello, I'm install v3.7.1 on my debian 8 server with nginx+php+mariadb, it can't open the page:

Code: 
Fatal Error

The template file 'source/public_html/page_header.tpl' does not exist.

Application Exited

Need help.
 
Are you sure that your webserver is working properly?

Chevereto doesn't use that "page_header.tpl" file, as a matter of fact... Chevereto doesn't use ".tpl" files at all.
