i want to install this script on xampp but I cant

Can't find language file. Please check your lang in the config.php file.

when I upload this script in my vps this error shows

I do this but it doesent work
I install this script in my plesk host & easy php
but In doesent work in xampp
I think the Installation path would be change
am I right?
