Can't find includes/loader.php

The default chevereto do not have any loader file with it, are you sure this is not caused by any modification you made?

I just transfered to VPS and i dont know if i do any mistake.
You think on my VPS is any mistake?
 
Chevereto don't use a "loader.php", you may be using a third party mod or something, ask to the guy that sold you that.
Tech support is only for official releases and contributions.
 
I have one unmanaged VPS

I have full access in VPS, company i have bought
just install my cPanel and other things i did.
What i need excatly to do ?

As I said before, Chevereto don't load "loader.php". The chevereto loader is "chevereto.php". You are dealing with a problem caused by a non official modification, I can't give you support because you need to ask to the person that modified that for you.
