cant find .htaccess file after moving files to other webhotel

🎯Description of the issue

i moved my website to other webhotel and after i uploaded all the files in to the server then it tells me this
  • Can't find root .htaccess file. Re-upload this file and take note that in some computers this file could be hidden in your local folder
