I put config.php in the 'define (' __CHV_BASE_URL__ ', SERVER_PROTOCOL.HTTP_HOST.__CHV_RELATIVE_ROOT__);' was revised to 'define ('__CHV_BASE_URL__','')' images can be displayed properly, but the Choose File button can not be displayed.
 
The issue is your server, is not dealing propperly the $_SERVER vars (free hosting?)
 
Yup, you have to edit the config file, the parte where it says "DONT TOUCH THIS" you need to touch it.
Read the comments there and follow your guts. If you still have issues paste your modifications here and I will help you.
