Camera Phone Average File Size

I was wanting to know what the a average file size phone's put out, thou there's hardly anything out on the web that tell's you, all i really found was for iPhone

iphone 4 ~2.03 MB
iphone 4s ~2.77 MB
iphone 5 rear ~2.3 MB
iphone 5 front ~420 KB

so far the biggest image file in my dir has been 6.4 Mb by a Samsung Galaxy S 5

Any one else found a phone that puts out large image's? there is a Nokia Lumia 1020 that has 41 MP camera on it.
 
So Rodolfo these large files do come as a challenge for people with slower speeds, on both upload and download. but not so easy fix to help them.

Like if i do a speed test right now using speedtest.net on my phone's LTE, its 4.43 Mbps download and 1.58 Mbps upload.

i got to say that's better then i'v seen in some people's home internet.
