Bulk importer random (not alphabetical) order

It's a very simple idea: when bulk imported works in "parse top level folders as users" mode - to take folders in random order, not alphabetical.
The reason why: now it looks so fake (new users in alphabetical order every day, for example, or only "A" users if the top folder is big)
