Bulk Import No Thread Option

🎯Description of the issue

There is no option to select the number of threads on the bulk importer.

▶🚶‍Reproduction steps
  1. Visit /dashboard/bulk
  2. Under actions there is no option for threads.

The documentation is incorrect. You can't choose the number of threads. It was removed because it didn't really worked towards make the process any faster. It was slower and faulty.

I will fix the documentation now.

P.S. Doing it via cron wasn't faster either and this importing tool must be remade for V4.
