Browse computer button not showing

Greetings,

I rebuilt my EasyApache last night and didn't notice until now that the browse files button isn't showing up anymore (with fresh installs).

What PHP module could be causing this issue?

I'm sorry Rodolfo, after checking my other computers in the house, I isolated the issue to my OS's IE. Incredibly sorry for wasting your time.
