Bought Arvixe, where is Chevereto?

Hello, I am brand new to web design in general, so I am sure I will have many questions as we go forward. I haven't found an easy step-by-step guide to get started with Chevereto and Arvixe. Considering the lockstep partnership between these two companies, I was hoping this would be easier.

I bought an Arvixe hosting account. Status is currently pending

When I try to download Chevereto, I am told I cannot because I don't have a license

When I try to apply my Arvixe license to Chevereto, I am not offered that option. I am told I should buy a license, even though I was sold Arvixe because Chevereto would be included for free:

What step did I miss? How can I best remedy this situation?
