I just tried to install the script today. First time I had an error which said not valid format, when I changed file permission to 777 in image and up folder, it resulted in that invalid format went away but it was still not working.
I checked the install guide which is poorly written and the thing has no information about which folders should have 777 permission. Using ftp mode seems like a security risk and therefore I did not add my ftp info into the config file.
