Blank page after Upgrade to 3.9.0

Hello,

i am getting blank page after the upgrade. When i closed the browser and open the url it works fine. when i login using any userid it goes to blank page
i downloaded all the files from my portal but still same issue

I have sent you my ftp credentials to your email id

moreover not even an error is printed, visible or anything else.

i've also setup the settings with the debug-infos. No logs either 🙁
