Black Background on watermark PNG

🎯Description of the issue

I have turned watermarks on. On some images there's a black background to the watermark, on others, there is not. See here: http://britmemes.com/image/94118869-10157011942085846-5640909501382000640-n.tQvS

I do not want a background on the watermarks. A transparent PNG is supposed to be a transparent PNG.

▶🚶‍Reproduction steps
  1. It does it no matter what I do.
😢Unexpected result

Watermarked images have a black background when the PNG is transparent.

Sure no problem.
I sent examples where the black background is appearing.

Then the file 'Zooming-royle-family.jpg is one where the black background does not appear.

It is not consistant.

Hmmm I doubt that is the issue - I have two other instances of Chevereto running on the same server and the watermarking works fine. Must be the images I'm working with. Might just nuke the install and try again, it's not a production site yet anyway. I'll post here if that fixes it.

Cheers,
Jonathan

That doesn't work. It just says command not found. It's a CentOS WHM sever.
I'm sorry, I shouldn't have omitted all the usual intro of "you have to make it from source or install it from the package manager for your distribution".

I don't run CentOS WHM but I suppose you have to follow their guides on how to update a package. It must be documented somewhere, just make sure to follow the instructions for your systems versions, maybe is just EasyApache.
