Banners Won't Show Up No Matter Where I Place Them

Description of the issue
I've pasted the banner code into every blank on the banners page and none show up. If it's me doing something wrong, please inform me of what it is. This is the second major issue I've had in as many projects on PornPicHost.com.

I've tried the following two banner codes:

and

Please be aware that extra codes aren't edited by the system. Check that "display none" thing.
