Description of the issue
I posted this issue before and was told to remove a snippet of the code. That didn't work.
I've tried the following two codes in every single banner space in the dashboard. None work.

and

As directed the first time I posted this issue, I removed the display: none!important part from the code. It still didn't work. That also doesn't explain why the first attempted banner code isn't working.
It's happening with each and every banner code I try.
Affiliate networks are the main way I plan to try and make any money with my sites, so these banners not working is pretty darn important to me to fix.
