Banners not Showing

Hello,
I am not sure if this is because of recent modifications to the script to show voting thumbs but for some reason banners are not showing anymore in any of the spots I have them. At first I thought maybe it was the ad publisher being down or something, but I even just added words and the banners still did not display.
