Banned file names for image upload

Can we have a feature like if a user try to upload image with names like porn, nude etc will be blocked from uploading to our site? This way we can block adult content before it is uploaded. I know they can override this by changing filename, but at least useful to some extend. The reason why I am asking for this is because I think Google use a similar technique to find adult content on Adsense sites.

Another option is to trigger an email alert similar to flood alert when someone upload an image with banned file name. So we can verify it and remove it quickly before Google does.

This can also be used if someone is trying to upload same image we removed again and again from different IPs.

I think that is useless. Description and titles for sure but image names is a worthless filter.
