Backup site with external storage and moving to Chevereto Hosting

Hello admin,
I currently have one site (hosted network license) with external storage (FTP server). I would like to moving this site to your Chevereto Hosting for best performance.
Please help me how can I do that.
I will using my network license for other sites.
