Backblaze B2 fails: required field bucketId cannot be null

🎯Description of the issue

Adding a Backblaze B2 remote storage bucket fails even with correct details.

▶🚶‍Reproduction steps
  1. As an administrator, go to Dashboard -> Settings -> External Storage.
  2. Add a B2 Bucket
😢Unexpected result

Can't add/update a bucket: Can't update storage details. Error: Received error from B2: required field bucketId cannot be null. Code: bad_request

📃Error log message

No logs available, enabling error reporting does nothing (looking at the source code self::test() is in a try-catch block anyway).
