Auto-Resize Larger Images

Hi @Rodolfo,

Is it possible to make this feature:

Auto-Resize Images when user upload <5MB and make it 5 MB on the server.

Example: if user uploaded 15 MB, it will be auto-resized to 5MB as it's maximum allowed to be stored on the server.

So we can remove that maximum file upload limit (so upload limit is 100% capped by PHP MAX UPLOAD SIZE)
