Hello ,
I want to buy the "bundle" with arvixe hosting (48$/year) , but i have
read the terms of arvixe.com and says : http://prntscr.com/77i2ke
So ... ? its "legal" or not ?
I want to make a upload images site with wallpapers,landscapes, nsfw , etc etc .

Go ahead, Chevereto and Arvixe tied up and you should not have problems...

Arvixe auto installs the script for you.

That restriction doesn't affect Chevereto. There are a lot of happy users of the Chevereto+Arvixe bundle because Chevereto has an special agreement so go ahead 😉
