As long as you actually pay for the whole year you are free to install the system anywhere you want. Of course that it will be auto-installed to the target Arvixe account so is ready to go. You can also migrate it to a VPS at Arvixe which are pretty sweet, indeed I host Chevereto.com in an Arvixe VPS.
You can also upgrade your license to Network and then you can even keep multiple instances in many different providers.

I have just made a order Arvixe hosting via your link. But my Paypal balance is not enough, I back to pay several hours later.
But now no Chevereto installed in my hosting.

I saw you passing for the order process but it was rejected by my system because the username was just 2 chars long and the minimum is 3 chars. Basically Arvixe issued the license+user creation process but it failed because of this. You should ask Arvixe to re-issue the API call to our endpoint (Chevereto) because I've patched the min length bug.
