API didn't have md5 Identification, so same pic will be upload for loop (by diff ip views)

can add or fix it ?

Chevereto has a built in flood detector and API v1 is under that detector too and by the way, API v1 is not intended to be used as a public endpoint. You should not use it as the endpoint for a browser extension or anything that a third party could use (or abuse). API v2 will have more rate limiting by user and it will be more safe than v1.
