but canot manage how to use
upload.mydomain.com and setup that in chevereto external storage panel

SFTP applies to any capable web server with SFTP protocol so basically, any VPS or even shared host will work. The more servers you use the faster and more reliable your website will be. A CDN is a cache system that auto delivers your files so the static requests (images) are handled by that system, not your server. Less stress for your machine.

A CDN stands for any CDN service out there. It could be MaxCDN, CDN77, Incapsula, whatever. I use MaxCDN so I can only recommend you that one, but you will get a better idea if you check the forum and read what others customers do.

No, most likely they won't allow you to use it in such way.

not

how can i optimize this in my domain cname?
or in my chevereto panel?

Please rethink s3 if you are just starting out. It is VERy expensive. Do it right from the start, and save $$$

I dont think this will work, as the external storage is required to be public facing (web server). This storage is only accessable from your server IP.
