Amazon S3 And Embed Codes

I am using Amazon S3 and it is working perfectly except for the embed codes.

The embed codes are showing the direct Amazon S3 links to the images. The images cannot be hotlinked but I do not want the Amazon links to be visible.

How can I correct this?
