Allowed to sell the own website

Chevereto Noob
Hello guys,
regarding to the license_agreement.txt I'm not sure if I'm allowed to do the following thing:
I'm using ur script at my domain xy.tld, additional I modified the source of your script.
Now I want to sell my whole website (script + domain), is this allowed?

Thanks!

4) You can't sell Chevereto or any modified version. You can't
sell the distribution of Chevereto or ANY modified versions.
- You can't sell for example chevereto_nb1.9.zip
- You can't sell for example mymodified_chevereto_nb1.9.zip
- You can sell your WORK for the modification, but not the modification itself. I mean, you can charge a fee for change the code, but you can't charge a fee for the modified code.

Bottom line, you can sell just your work. And IT MUST RETAIN THE GPL LICENSE AND THE LICENSE AGREEMENT.
