As described in the client area:

You must actually own the domains where you want to use Chevereto which means that domains must have the same registrar information.

I have a question, if I add an domain, and the domain is currently have whois privacy, do I must disable the whois privacy first? and can't use whois privacy in future anymore?

Thank you.

You don't need to change the domain
Information. 😉

but if I don't disable the whois privacy, these domains will don't have the same registrant information, how can you ensure it will legal and don't violate the TOS?

I audit the accounts from time to time, like I said you don't need to worry about it at this point.
