Allow image upload if Project Arachnid timeout or failed

Right now, when the Project Arachnid API response is timed out or fails for some reason, image upload also fails.

👏Where did you saw this?

Not sure about other image upload services.

The same issue applies to images below 50 pixels.

That one I have disabled because it's more of a timeout response rather than working fine.
