Allow image upload if Project Arachnid timeout or failed

Right now, when the Project Arachnid API response is timed out or fails for some reason, image upload also fails.

👏Where did you saw this?

Not sure about other image upload services.

Hang on - how did you integrate this in the first place? I did not realize there was native integration
