Hello. Been using the free version for a week now , and are very happy with it.

How do I force users to upload pictures to albums ? And prevent single images without albums ?

I don't think you will find any help with custom implementations on the free version here, not enough people are messing around with it.. Even on current build this would take some effort. I recommend waiting until version 4 comes up before using x hours and sleepless nights or loads of $$$ hiring some to do it.

Version 4 is introducing a whole new level of flexibility and I'm sure all sorts of plugins will be available for you.
