After upgrading to 3.15.1 I'm stuck on Finnish :)

Please help.

I'm stuck in Finnish when I log in. I should be in English.

When I visit my site NOT Logged in https://gallery.spoilertv.com/ It shows English.

However when I log into my Admin Account It's all in Finnish.

I've tried clearing my Cookies etc, and I've used Google Translate to navigate to the Languages section and set it to English and no Auto Translation but it still goes to Finnish when I log out and then in again.
