Can you add extra layer of protection, by adding a pin to access dashboard ?

Adding a pin or dashboard pass, to access will be good in terms of security. Something like re-entering password to access settings zone in email accounts.

Will be useful on shared computers.

Also can be used in user groups (in future) to differentiate admins (super admin / admin) and their control over dashboard settings.
 
No I don't think so. Is safer and easier to just logout from your account if you are in a shared computer.
