Add support for PhotoDNA

Hi

I found this function called PhotoDNA which I would recommend it to be added by default into script for those who want to rise more auto detection about inappropriate and illegal images.

You can read more about it here

It also helps those who wants to maybe host adult porn site but then these nasty people behind proxy will probably begin to sneak other illegal porn up on the site. So that's why this function would be great so it can reject images it can recognize up on upload so sites using your script won't be as affected by these users. So I hope you can add their API coding to the script so us users can get a API code or w.e you get off them and put it into the script and then script can reject those images on upload.

I hope others here are interested in same thing as me.

They rejected my application because non U.S. business.

I have the impression that these services are just business re-selling a service "for big guys".

Don't worry that much, time will come where will be able to run this kind of algorithms extremely cheap or even for free in our own machines. We should always aim for solutions that doesn't restrict our self-hosted nature.

Well it says service is free and only for non earning originisation oh and only for U.S originisation. You got probably rejected since chevereto is earning income. But what I thought was somehow you find out how to implement their API into your script and then us with your script can then signup in the site and hopefully get approved so we can then add a code or w.e they have into script like key or something.
