[3.20] Add more options for 'Auto delete guest uploads'

Auto delete guest uploads is a grate option to save disk space and remove images uploaded by guest automatically. However, it is currently limited to maximum of 1 month. It would be nice more month and year option is added to the list. Alternatively, instead of the limited drop down list, an option to enter days, months and year all together giving unlimited choices.

Not related to image hosting, but this is more similar to a crontab options.

I am sure there are many users who want to keep their images activate for more than one month but not forever.
