Add Frankfurt S3 region

Hi,
the S3 AWS support did not work with European regions. When I choose US West (Oregon) on AWS console and Chevereto it works. If I try to add an bucket located in Europe (Frankfurt) I got the error message: "Can't verify storage credentials.".

That is because in Chevereto there isn't support for EU Frankfurt, the form says "EU (Ireland)". Seems like they added Frankfurt recently, I will added to the next release.
