Add explicit instructions on how to deal with the "Something went wrong" message directly on the message itself, with links to the documentation and chevereto.com/support so you can act quickly.

Where did you see this?
Constantly we have the issue of users posting the front-facing error, which gets a counter reply that usually frustrate users.
