About the copyright notice when downloading

I suggest that there could be a dialog popup when someone downloading a picture. The dialog popup shows the copyright notice and something else. Only when users click "Agree" can they download the picture.

I think it's necessary for us to maintain a good copyright environment.

Is not just a pop-up but a license system. I think that it will be a nice add-on but not for this version.
