Use ShareX to upload to the site, error.
ShareX is used to upload the API, not updated to 3.9.0 version, everything is normal.

Try doing a manual call (upload an image url). If that is OK then the problem isn't the API.

Has been resolved, the original just restore the backup file, the folder permissions are reset, set the permissions on it.
