Description of the issue
Since I updated to latest version of Chevereto users are reporting issue with image upload of size above 2MB. Issue seems to only affect registered users and guest can upload without issue.

Site settings are set to 100MB limit for both guest and registered users. I tried to to set it to 2MB and back to 100MB again to get database updated. But still having issue. Also tried to update default setting in database to 100MB from 2MB.

Any interim solution or hotfix possible? Sorry, most of the images uploaded to my site are above 2MB and lot of users are contacting me on this.
 
You can rollback app/classes/class.image.php from v3.10.10
