404 Error Page After Image Upload

After moving my the site to a new server, images that get uploaded return a 404 error. As in the image doesn't seem to be uploaded and instead of the viewer page it is the 404 page.

I have the testing tool and it says the config is fine, is there something I am missing?

Site worked fine on my old server.

Enable error_reporting in config.php and watch the Firebug error console.
