[4.0] Type of logo: text, or image at admin config panel

Personally, my opinion is, let's assume that you are developing your website and thinking about the logo is not really your business, as a replacement it would be nice to add a choice - a text field, for example, up to 10 characters, or a png/svg picture.

Before that, I saw it in XenForo, there is a function that allows you to replace the logo image with text.
