3.7 Uptade failed

Today I want to update my site but I want to upgrade to version 3.7 I get the following error:

" Parse error : syntax error, unexpected ' [' , expecting ') ' in /home/expkey/public_html/app/loader.php on line 111"

My old version 3.2 .

Also do not skimp on the htcacces file.

I thank you waiting for your help.
