Redownloaded 3.5.12 and found out that it's already fixed.
Sorry for bothering you then 😳

Found small bug that causes home(index) page to display only images
uploaded by guests instead of all recent images if "Home user ids" field left
empty or assigned to 0 in Dashboard.
